We are pleased to announce we went live with our new Subrogation Vendor, Discovery Health Partners (DHP) on April 21, 2017. DHP replaces our previous subrogation vendor Meridian (although Meridian will continue to work cases they opened prior to January 1, 2017).
DHP’s subrogation solution draws on advanced mining technology, state-of-the-art case management and workflow and sophisticated analytics and dashboards. This technology is combined with a deep expertise in the health insurance industry and a proven track record of improved recoveries. Selected members will receive Investigation Questionnaires via US Mail from Discovery, which will include our new logos for Quartz, Unity and Gundersen.
If there are additional questions once a case is opened, Discovery may reach out to the member via phone.
Use this email address to quickly send us employee applications for processing. This includes adds, changes and terms.
