Unity offers a variety of ways to pay your premium invoice. Choose the one that works best for you.
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
You can pay using your checking, savings or credit / debit card account.
You should have your account number, your birthday and address from your last Premium Invoice. To save time, have your payment method ready as well.
Your payment will be reflected on the next months’ invoice. Keep in mind that if you pay close to the “Date Due”, you may receive another invoice.
You will receive paper bills if you have selected that option in your MyChart account. To check which option you have, login to MyChart, then look under My Info, then select Unity Preferences. You can select email or mail.
If you have a MyChart account, you can login and select the “Pay Bill” link to pay online using your checking or savings account.
By law, members must be notified if their payment is late. You may receive a letter from Unity to asking you to pay your Premium Invoice. You may ignore this letter if you’ve paid your invoice for the month.
