There are five types of Unity plans to choose from. Depending on the type you choose, Unity will pay, on average, for a certain percentage of your covered medical costs* –

  • Platinum: 90%
  • Gold: 80%
  • Silver: 70%
  • Bronze: 60%
  • Catastrophic: Variable

All Unity plans provide a set of preventive care services without a copayment, coinsurance or deductible when provided by in-network providers

This takes into account the plans’ monthly premiums, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums.
