Pulmonary rehabilitation is a program of education and exercise for people with chronic lung problems. This program includes educational components and exercise plans that are individualized. Breathe ​with EASE*
A specially designed program for people who have emphysema, chronic bronchitis or asthma. The program improves individual lifestyle through the combined use of assessment, education, support and exercise.
