Unity works very hard to improve upon the services we provide you. We conduct monthly member satisfaction surveys to find out what our members think about our services. If you have called customer service or had recent claims, you may get a call from a Unity representative between the hours of 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. If selected, you will be asked to participate in a brief survey. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us.
