CAHPS® is the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (ARHQ) created the standardized survey to make it easier for health care consumers to compare quality in health care across the United States. The surveys include questions about member satisfaction with health plans, health care, doctors and specialists.
