A tool that gives scores on health plans based on standardized clinical measures. It helps customers compare plans using the same measures.
Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®)**
A survey of health plan customers. The survey asks questions about customer service, getting care and claims processing.
