To be eligible for the drawing, you must register for MyUnity between October 15, 2009 and December 31, 2009. Contestants must be a Unity Health Insurance member who is 21 years of age or older.

*Contest winner will be provided two (2) tickets to their selection of one (1) of the following University of Wisconsin sporting events: Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, or Men’s Hockey. Available games are determined by Unity Health Insurance.
