Group Insurance
Unity offers several different group plan designs including HMO, POS and PPO. Each plan design can be customized by changing copayment levels, coinsurance or other plan benefits. As an employer, you have a choice of single plans or a combination of plans that qualify for health savings accounts.
Individual Insurance - Receive an online quote
Unity offers health insurance plans for individuals and families including child-only policies for children between the ages of 2 and 17. There are several different benefit options, each with different copayments, deductibles and coinsurance levels including high deductible health insurance plans eligible for a Health Savings Account.
Medicare Select
Unity also offers supplemental health insurance plans for individuals who are currently enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B.
