Our programs are designed to help improve your health at every stage of life, through online tools, education, and incentive programs. Fitness First & More
Fitness First & More
incorporates exercise, nutrition, weight loss and other activities to give you a well-rounded approach to your health and wellness goals. Plus, by participating in Fitness First & More you can receive rewards for taking steps toward leading a healthy lifestyle.
Health First
Health First
offers discounts on health and wellness products and services that help create positive changes in a member’s personal health. Discounts are available on eyeglasses, massage therapy, sports equipment, and more.
9 Months & More
Unity’s
9 Months & More
program provides education and guidance throughout your pregnancy and delivery of your baby. This program is available to all Unity members who are currently pregnant and continues until two months after you deliver your baby.
