Fitness First for Kids

Fitness First for Kids is an exercise reward program for kids between the ages of 5 and 18 who are insured dependents of a Unity member. Kids can earn prizes for working out a minimum of 30 minutes a day.

To earn a prize reward your dependent must:

Be between the ages of 5 and 18
Be an insured dependent of a Unity subscriber
Record their activities on the Fitness First for Kids Tracking Form
Be active a total of 30 minutes each day
Participate in a qualifying activity such as bicycling, running, swimming, soccer and even activities that are part of their physical education class
Record only 1 activity per day
Submit the tracking form within 12 months of the earliest recorded date, but no later than 30 days after the last recorded date.
