Seasonal Flu Vaccinations

Unity wants to make it as easy as possible for our members to get the seasonal flu vaccine.  Starting this fall, Unity members can receive their seasonal flu vaccines two ways: through Participating Clinics or Pharmacies*.

* In order to make the vaccine as accessible as possible this flu season, Unity will temporarily reimburse members for seasonal flu vaccines given by out-of-network (clinics) and pharmacies up to a maximum of $25.  For reimbursement, please submit the Member Claim Form to Unity Health Insurance.
