Unity offers employers Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Preferred Provider Option (PPO) and Point of Service (POS) Plans to meet a wide range of health insurance needs. We offer a plan for State and Local employees as well.

We feature 18 plan designs. Each plan design may be customized by changing copayment levels, coinsurance or other plan benefits. In addition, certain high deductible health plans qualify for Health Savings Accounts.

In addition to health plans, we offer Workplace Wellness programs. We work with employers to develop practical, cost-effective programs for meeting specific workplace wellness goals.
