A:The U-Quote enrollment process is designed for small groups. To help you, Unity will e-enroll these groups on your behalf. By sending a U-Quote expert on-site or conducting an e-enrollment teleconference, we complete your client’s U-Quote enrollment so you will receive rates faster and have more time to make more sales.

Q:How much faster is this process? How much time will I save?
A:The e-enrollment process saves you time because you will have less follow-up to do since missing application information is gathered online before being submitted. You will also have rates sooner since online submissions are processed more quickly, typically within a week.

Q:How long does it take to enroll?
A:On average, it takes 10-15 minutes per person to enroll online for coverage. For employees who are waiving coverage, it takes less than 5 minutes.

A:To prepare for the e-enrollment, we need the following:

A:We provide a tip sheet to the employer to distribute to the eligible employees prior to the e-enrollment to let them know what information they need for the enrollment. Some examples include information about their dependents, such as height and weight and medical information, including conditions and prescription medications.

A:Yes. Agents are welcome to attend the e-enrollment process. Each e-enrollment session gives you the opportunity to experience the exciting online capabilities U-Quote has to offer.
